Year round Management
For clients who do require our all-year round management service, we offer an extensive bespoke service, to satisfy any specific requirements.
For clients who do not require our all-year round management service, we offer a seasonal service, tailored to cover rental management, cleaning and maintenance of the property through the summer season.
In the off season we perform a thorough inspection of your property once a week. During this visit we air the property, carry out routine security checks and electrical tests and plumbing. On top of our weekly visits, we perform an additional visit to check for any damage or flooding after storms.
If we find any maintenance issues, for example: a leaking roof, mould, storm or flood damages etc. we will notify you immediately. Then we will arrange with one of our reliable professional tradesmen to come and fix the problem (subject to your approval). Please be assured that we always source highly competitive quotes on any improvements you wish to carry out.
Key Guardian Service
Key guardian service. If the keys are lost or if your guests lock themselves out of the property, they can contact our ‘24 hr emergency service’ for assistance.
Liaise with Professionals
We can liaise with and oversee any garden or pool cleaners already in place at your property, or if needed, recommend professionals for these positions.
Garden & pool care
We offer a complete and full service of garden and pool care during the whole year. We test the quality of water and we ensure that the pump and the filter system is perfect.
We work with the best local gardeners to present you a well groomed garden, as well as we can give your garden a makeover.
Vehicle care. We will regularly turn over the engine to maintain battery charge and take your vehicle for servicing, repairs and ITV (MOT) test.
